Maintenance
At Infogate, we do provide Annual maintenance
contracts for all our customers. There are basically two types of contracts -
1. Home Maintenance Contract
2. 3rd party maintenance contract
Home Maintenance Contract
This kind of contract is valid for the software we developed for our clients. It
can be valid for our existing scripts or any customized software as per client's
requirements.
3rd Party Contract
If you have any existing software, developed by anyone, with source code, we can
provide you the maintenance services for the same. Al though, we might require
sometime to study the source code, before the support starts.
